Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused and in its original packaging, where applicable Proof of purchase is required

Gift cards, where applicable Final sale items, where marked Items damaged through misuse

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

We ship a replacement free of charge — no forms, and you don't need to send the original back.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary.
