How long does delivery take?

Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.

Can I choose a specific figure?
Yes—select the character you want on the product page (when available).

What is a Secret Box?
A Secret Box is a mystery item. You’ll receive one random figure from the lineup. Contents are not revealed until you open it.

Do you offer a Full Set?
Yes—choose the Full Set (6) option and try to get the complete lineup (when available).

Can I use a discount code?
Yes—use code ANBU26 for 10% off (if active). Discount codes can’t always be combined with other offers.

Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us ASAP and we’ll do our best to help. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.
