Blind boxes, sets & rares
A blind box is one sealed figure picked at random from that series. You know the series and which characters are possible before you buy — you just don't know which one is inside until you open it.
Each series hides a rare figure that turns up far less often than the standard line-up. It replaces one random standard figure in a box. You cannot order a chase as a named listing — it appears at random, in single boxes and in sets alike.
We take the number of figures in a series and double it. That gives the chance per box:

A set holds several boxes, so it carries a higher chance of a rare — around two in five, whichever series you pick.
A blind box is a surprise: one sealed figure at random. A set covers every slot in the line-up with no duplicate boxes, at a better price per figure — and because it contains more boxes, it carries more chances at a rare. Set sizes: six for Shinobi Six and Cursed Cuties, ten for POP MART Akatsuki, twelve for Hidden Leaf Legends Vol. 3.
Yes, for standard figures — buy the named listing instead of a blind box. Named listings are never random. Chase figures are the exception: they cannot be ordered directly, only found.
Single boxes are sealed at random, so duplicates are possible. A set covers each slot once — buy the set if you want the line-up without repeats.

Orders & payment
Yes, when a code is active — enter it at checkout. Codes usually can't be combined with other offers.
If it hasn't shipped yet, email support@theanbu.store as soon as possible and we'll do our best. Once a parcel is on its way, changes are no longer possible.

Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we ship a replacement free of charge. No forms, no return needed.

About our products
It depends on the line, and every product page says which. The POP MART Akatsuki series is authentic POP MART product. Our own lines — Shinobi Six, Hidden Leaf Legends and Cursed Cuties — are independent collectibles designed and produced by The Anbu, not official anime merchandise.
Our own drops are limited runs. When a volume sells out it is generally gone for good, and the next drop is a new line-up rather than a repeat.
